Celebrate Earth Day with Bridgewater Community Gardens! (Rain date April 23)

Come dig into the soil, clean up the park, and lend a hand to help your fellow community members as we prepare the community gardens for spring planting.  Stop in anytime through the day and join us for great Earth Day activities for the whole family!

The main highlights of the day will be:

1.The Bee’s Needs Pollinator Garden Work Party from 10 am to noon

Get your hands dirty preparing this garden for the spring.  They’ll be cleaning up litter, cutting back plants, and spreading mulch.

2. Enjoy a  Potluck Picnic from 12-1 PM. Feel free to bring something to share!

3.  The Hodge Podge Community Garden Opening from 1-4PM.

Find out about Bridgewater’s first Community Garden!  Lend a hand fixing beds, turning compost, moving soil, and meet your neighbours.  Connect with your community, connect with the outdoors.
