The Municipality of The District of Lunenburg has announced when polls will officially open.
The election period starts October 8 and polls will officially open at 8 a.m. Polls will remain open until October 17 at 7 p.m.
It was previously announced that all votes will be submitted online or over the phone as a COVID-19 precaution.
In order to ensure you are set up to vote this year the MODL says you should contact them to ensure you are on the voter list. You can confirm your status by emailing elections@modl.ca or by calling (902) 530-3268.
The election office is open at the MODL building located at 210 Aberdeen Road.
In order to verify your status, you will be asked to confirm your name, civic address, mailing address, and date of birth.
