The search for Joshua Slauenwhite, who went missing in 2017, has ended in tragedy.
RCMP say human remains were found on December 11th on a property in Lunenburg County, which have been identified as the 29-year-old Farmington man.
Slauenwhite disappeared from his home on Aug. 4, 2017, and was last seen at Mader’s General Store in Barrs Corner before being seen leaving toward New Germany.
In their statement today, the RCMP did not specify where the remains were found.
Police say the death is not believed to be suspicious, however the investigation is ongoing.
