Pickles are taking over this summer thanks to wedding receptions and Tik Tok.
First, the hottest new trend at wedding receptions this summer is to have a “pickle bar”. The caterer supplies a dozen different types of pickles displayed in decorative glass jars or barrels along with chalkboard signs saying what each of them are and where they are from. Some are saying it’s a natural outgrowth from the whole “food station” concept at receptions.
Brace yourself for this next one. Now that “pasta chips” have been covered on Tik Tok, the social media site has moved on.

What are Snickles? You take a very large pickle, cut it in half, hollow out the insides and place a Snickers bar in it.
