When I first moved to the South Shore over 20 years ago I met someone who had lived here all her life but had never been to Queens County!
Since then I’ve run into all kinds of people who have not visited other parts of the South Shore – whether it be Queens or Shelburne counties, or perhaps even New Ross or New Germany.
And I’ll bet there are plenty of folks from outlying areas on the South Shore who’ve never been to Lunenburg, Mahone Bay or Chester.
For awhile this spring we were all in lockdown and not supposed to travel outside our municipalities – which I’m sure got us all thinking about visiting other parts of the South Shore.
