Nova Scotia is welcoming its new premier with a swearing-in ceremony on Tuesday.
Tory Leader Tim Houston will also unveil his cabinet, so you’ll soon know who to turn to for issues related to healthcare and education.
The premier and cabinet members will be sworn in by Lt.-Gov. Arthur J. LeBlanc.
Houston has said he’ll aim to reach gender parity with a team of what’s expected to be between 15 and 18 members.
The Tories recently surged to power by claiming 31 of the legislature’s 55 seats with a campaign focused on rebuilding health care.
The ceremony takes place at 2:30 p.m. at the Halifax Convention Centre on Argyle Street.
