Nova Scotia is reporting another two people have died from COVID-19.
They say two men from the Eastern Zone, one in his 70s and one in his 50s are the latest fatalities.
“It is with heavy hearts we report the passing of two more Nova Scotians to COVID-19,” said Premier Tim Houston. “This is an extremely sad time for their families and friends. I want to extend my deepest condolences to all those who are grieving the loss of their loved one.”
The Nova Scotia Health Authority also reported 10 new COVID-19 related hospital admission along with five discharges.
There are currently 66 people being treated for COVID-19 in hospitals around the province, including 11 in ICUs.
The age range of those in hospital is 13 to 93 years old. The median age is 64, and the median length of stay of people admitted to hospital due to COVID-19 is 6.3 days.
