I’ve seen lots of concerts in my time, but there has never been any doubt in my mind as to which one was the best.
It was easily Tina Turner’s Private Dancer tour back in 1985.
She had two sold out shows at what was then called the Metro Centre.
Over the years I’ve heard from many people who were at the concert(s) and they’ve agreed that they were magical musical nights and probably the best concert they’d ever seen.
But then, I never got to see Springsteen at the peak of his concert touring, and many of his fans swear that he can’t be topped.
