Lunenburg, Nova Scotia – Lunenburg District RCMP is reaching out to the public for assistance in locating a black motorized Daymark Scooter that was recently stolen from a multi-unit residence on Spruce St. in Mahone Bay. The RCMP is urging anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the scooter to come forward and contact them.
The incident occurred on Saturday, June 24, at approximately 1:30 p.m. The scooter, although appearing new, had been parked beside the garbage bin of the residence. It is believed that the person responsible for taking the scooter mistakenly believed it was intended to be discarded.
A photograph of the missing scooter has been provided, showing a black plate on the back bearing the inscription “Daymark.” The Lunenburg District RCMP is hopeful that the release of this image will assist in generating leads and locating the stolen scooter.
