The Municipality of the District of Lunenburg has declared a State of Local Emergency and an immediate mandatory evacuation of Shingle Mill Road North of Highway 103 in Martin’s River, due to road access issues caused by flooding.
The evacuation order is in place for Shingle Mill Road North of the 103 Highway in Martin’s River.
The evacuation is underway and being overseen by emergency personnel, visit lunenburgremo.ca for up-to-date alternative accommodations if needed.
