Next week, on January 30th it’s back for a limited time.
The McRib.
The McRib was last seen in a Canadian McDonald’s in 2014, but ever since its departure, it’s been a sandwich we have been begging to bring back.
The McRib is made of boneless pork dipped in a tangy BBQ sauce. It’s topped with onions and pickles and served on a toasted homestyle bun.
For me, it’s the onions and the McDonald’s BBQ sauce. I love the stuff!
I know some of you are bigger fans of the McPizza, but my memories of their pizza are that it was waaaay too salty.
A chef who used to work for McDonald’s claims that even though you can’t buy their BBQ sauce in stores, there is one that is very close to the McDonald’s sauce
He says that Open Pit Hickory BBQ Sauce is the one with the closest ingredient list.
