I ran across an interesting discussion on Reddit the other day. Someone asked where you like to overspend in your budgets, and consider the inflated prices worth it.
The general consensus is, If you’re going to use it everyday, might as well make it lavish.
And so people suggested overspending on mattresses, couches and computer chairs.
Also socks and footwear.
But the one that stood out was, if your favourite artist or group is playing a concert, buy the ticket no matter how overpriced.
Why? Because there were many stories of people who didn’t, and then their favourite artist retired from touring or even passed away.
Which meant they would always regret not buying that concert ticket.
It happened to me several times and I still kick myself for not spending the bucks for the ticket even if it meant eating KD and Mr Noodles for a couple of months.
