For years, I’ve been yearning to have some Newfoundland Corned Beef Hash.
So a few months back I saw a can of Hereford Corned Beef on sale and picked it up.
My wife thought I was “going through something” for wanting corned beef hash.
She told me to find a recipe and make it myself when she was out of the house.
I’m starting to think that my memories of the stuff from my childhood isn’t going to match what I make in real life.
I remember having brown sugar and cinnamon on toast when I was a kid.
Recently when I tried it, I found it kind of gross.
What did you have to eat as a kid that you wouldn’t go near today?
