The preliminary hearing for the murder case of Barry (Arthur) Mosher was pushed back into August following a court session in Annapolis Royal.
The three accused- Derrick Robar, Kris Buttar, and Alan Rankin appeared in court on July 15, where preliminary inquiry details were ironed out.
The court determined that the three defendants being charged jointly will appear virtually for the preliminary hearing to avoid extra travel.
The inquiry was originally to take place between July 29 and August 3, however, its start date was moved to August 14 as the original crown prosecutor assigned to the case has since left his position.
During the preliminary inquiry, the Crown will present evidence that shows they have enough information to take the case to trial.
