The province has announced new restrictions to restaurants and drinking establishments will be put in place this week.
Yesterday, Premier Stephen McNeil and Dr. Robert Strang announced a list of new restrictions to combat the spread of Covid-19, which will be instated tomorrow.
Restaurants across the province will be restricted to take-out and delivery orders, while drinking establishments, as well winery and distillery tasting rooms and craft taprooms must close.
However, private liquor stores can continue to operate and craft breweries, wineries and distilleries can continue to sell their product from their storefronts.
The pair also announced restrictions on public gatherings, limiting them to 50 people effective immediately.
At the time of reporting, Nova Scotia had only one confirmed case so far, with six presumptive cases awaiting national testing.
Updates on those numbers can be found here.
