Terry Richard Johnson’s court case was moved to June 30 at 11:30 a.m. following a request from his lawyer.
Yarmouth Lawyer Alexander Pink requested proceedings to be pushed back so he had more time to speak with Crown Prosecutor Bryson MacDonald.
Johnson was remanded back into custody following today’s brief court appearance which was held virtually.
He stands accused of the second-degree murder of Kenneth Savory, who was killed on June 18 in Dublin Shore.
