I don’t think you need a degree in psychology to predict that the most depressing day of the year is a Monday in January.
But Blue Monday had a controversial start.
A British travel company paid a psychologist to suggest that the most depressing day of the year was the 3rd Monday in January in the hopes of selling some travel packages to sunny countries.
Many of us are feeling the lack of sunlight right now. (kind of a mild form of seasonal affective disorder)
