My favourite seafood is clams.
I like clams steamed, fried as in clams and chips and I love a good clam chowder, just not a New England Clam Chowder that is cream-based.
Since I love all things tomatoey – the tomato based Manhattan Clam Chowder is my favourite.
Did you know there are other clam chowders? There’s a Rhode Island clam chowder with a clear broth and a pink one called Connecticut Clam Chowder which is a combo of both the tomatoes and the cream.
Since I don’t like New England clam chowder, do I lose my Maritime citizenship?
